Crepido is a property investment company based in Auckland.
We're long term in our focus and always add tenant, and ultimately property value. Our holdings are varied and cover high-end commercial, warehouses, childcare, large retail to land investments.
Currently we're concentrated in East Tamaki, Auckland Airport and CBD/Fringe. We buy to hold.
