A couple of points
- You need to satisfy the “eligible person” investor criteria under the Securities Act 1978
- We don’t want folk who are looking for instantaneous dividends or returns, our model does not allow for that.
- We look to add value and at the same time we work hard on reducing our reliance on the banks….in other words, less debt is good.
- We like long term investors, that’s where you make superior returns and where real wealth is created.
- We concentrate on repaying debt as quickly as we can….that allows us to return 90% of the property income over time.
